Why do I need this service?
You are busy, your time is at a premium and we
want you to focus on work and your leisure time. Can you imagine having
an extra few hours per week to do just what you want to do? Well, now
it's possible by introducing lifestyle management into your life.
How do I use it?
Access to our service can be by phone, e-mail, letter or via the website. A
member of the team at Your Wish Is My Command will take the request,
source the most suitable supplier and then get back to the customer
with any details. Smaller jobs such as booking restaurants or concert
tickets, we do ourselves. You indicate what your preferred method of
communication is and we will contact you.
How quickly will Your Wish respond to my request?
If it is an urgent job - straight away! If it is not urgent then we
will aim to get back to you as quickly as possible. Our maximum
response time is 24 hours.
How do you recruit your suppliers?
We select our suppliers after careful evaluation and where possible
personal recommendation. We also continually monitor their performance.
Do your suppliers cost any more?
No. You will pay no more for the supplier's services than if you had sourced them yourself.
Who is liable?
When you instruct any supplier, your contract will be with the supplier
and not Your Wish Is My Command. He (the supplier) becomes fully
liable. We, therefore, recommend that anyone entering into a contract
with any supplier ensure that they fully understand the supplier's
terms and conditions.
What happens if there's a problem?
Once we have recommended a supplier, we suggest you try to resolve any
problems with them directly. However, we will endeavor to use our
relationship with the supplier to intervene and mediate in any dispute,
if required.
Are you insured?
We are covered by a maximum public liability of up to £2,000,000.
Is the service confidential?
Yes, any information collected about you will only be used lawfully (in
line with the Data Protection Act 1998). Confidentiality agreements
will be signed and exchanged. We will only provide information about
you to third parties at your request and we will need your consent and
specific instructions as to the content of such information.
Are there any services that Your Wish Is My Command won't undertake?
We can manage almost anything. As long as your request is legal and ethical we try our very best to make it happen.
