Welcome to our site and many thanks for taking the time to find out a little more about our business.

Having both struggled with juggling demanding careers, raising children, running a home and trying to fit in a life as well, we felt that there must be a need for some reliable, courteous and cost-effective support to call upon for other busy professionals, over-stretched mums and anyone else who might find they have too much to do and too little time to do it. We would certainly have welcomed and used such services if they had been available to us.

Nicky has a background in creative services at management level. She had full responsibility for the co-ordination and completion of large, time-sensitive advertising and print projects for high profile clients. She has also worked as an executive PA and office manager.

Stella has worked as a Finance Director in the demanding and time critical manufacturing industry and, since 2001, has been the co-owner of a business offering small business accountancy services and consultancy.

After identifying a need, we started thinking about an answer and researched the growing market for Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services in both London and the southern counties. We felt that the West Midlands and its surrounding areas had more than its fair share of busy, time-starved executives and working mums and set up Your Wish Is My Command Ltd.

Having come from highly demanding backgrounds, organising and prioritising the needs of both customers, employers, employees and ourselves we feel well equipped to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for those of you that find you have a growing to-do list, less and less leisure time and no-one to turn to for support, when needed.

As the business has developed so have our contacts, skills and resources. We are confident that a Lifestyle Manager will be considered an essential and integral part of any busy persons life as they continue to try and juggle the demands of the modern lifestyle. Our client retention levels are extremely high and we feel that this is as a direct result of the level of service provided and the positive effect our services have upon the lifestyles of our clients.
