Buying a new home.

Whatever your reasons for moving, we will do all of the legwork on your behalf and also take into account the needs of your family, by carefully considering schools, amenities and employment opportunities for your partner.

We will vet properties based on the detailed brief taken during our initial contact and will present a shortlist for you that meets your needs, saving you the time consuming exercise of contacting estate agents and visiting unsuitable properties.

Once you have found your ideal home, we will then act as your PA and assist with the professional services:

• organise the surveys
• deal with the agents, solicitors and banks or building society; and
• basically do all we can to help keep the sale on track

Once the purchase has completed, you can take over or we can organise the moving company, the packing services and transfer your utility accounts.

We will be at your new home to meet you when you arrive, run through the inventory and, of course, ensure you have the basics in the fridge for your first night in your new home.
