How does it work?

• Make initial contact and make sure that any questions you might have about our services are answered. Once you decide that our service is right for you, we will discuss your requirements with you in detail and fill in a very detailed questionnaire. We use this information as the basis of our search, so please be as thorough as you can be about your needs.


• Our work begins and we start searching for suitable properties that appear to meet your specification. We will view potential properties and shortlist those that really do meet your needs.


• We will agree with you on a suitable time for your viewings and arrange these for you. We will accompany you on these viewings, answer any questions you might have and ensure that you have a full pack of the properties viewed, location maps and local area information to take home with you to digest.


• Once you find a suitable property, to rent or buy, we can negotiate with the agent and formalise any offer you want to make.


• Once an offer has been accepted, we will do all we can to keep the agreement on track.


• We can co-ordinate your move, should you wish, and will be at your new home when you arrive. Hand over the keys, go through any inventory and ensure that there are sufficient basics in the fridge to get you through your first night in your new home.
