If you are relocating to a new area to start a new job, you don't need the added stress of finding a suitable place to live.

We will take a full brief and make sure we understand your needs correctly. Once we have agreed your specification, we will get to work on your behalf. We will vet all potential properties and then present a shortlist for you that meets your needs, saving you the time consuming exercise of contacting estate agents and visiting unsuitable properties.

Once you have found your ideal home, we will then act as your PA and assist with the rent negotiations, lease agreement and the setting up of the utility accounts.

We can co-ordinate your entire move, including a pack and unpack service and be there to meet you at your new home when you arrive to go through the inventory.

P.S. We will even ensure that you have the basics in the fridge for your first night in your new home.
