We recognise that, after the first hour, some tasks don't require an additional whole hour of work, so our time-management system operates in 15 minute increments, allowing for more accurate billing.
Initial consultation - Free of charge
We will provide our new clients with a free consultation (maximum 1 hour) to explain our services, how we can improve your lifestyle and to take a brief (if applicable).

Payment terms
Work carried out by the hour is payable on a 14 day invoice by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (using our secure PayPal link). Payment for blocks of hours is required prior to commencement of work. Larger jobs will require a deposit payment. Travelling time and expenses will be charged within agreed parameters.
